JSC Viatka has been working and steadily improving its performance for the benefit of Russia and the Viatka land since 1990. Viatka Corporation emerged during the reformation time as a revamped military factory and has not changed its core principles ever since. TODAY WE PRODUCE:
- seamless hot-rolled tubes of carbon steel, structural steel and steel alloys according to GOST 23270-89 and related TU and TS.
- track assembly bushings for Russian- and foreign-made tractors and track vehicles
- tubing couplings as per GOST 633-80 and GOST R 52203-2004, size 60, 73 and 89 mm
- stock tubes from special alloys and steels including stainless steel
We offer the following services:
- rerolling of round steel and tubes from one diameter to another
- induction coils manufacture and casing
- steel structure fabrication
The company’s R&D department focuses on the following:
- enhancement of heat treatment and machining of steel surfaces to improve overall performance
- hot screw rolling for recycling of heavy wall pipes (drill pipes and other specific-purpose pipes) and manufacture of tube stock
- close tolerance manufacture technology for high-alloy steel tubulars with high quality internal and external surfaces
- plastic deformation of rapid steel (B6Mo5, etc) forgings using screw rolling technique
- stock tube manufacture from titanium-base alloys (scale layer no more than 0,15 mm)
